We partied with his family that weekend in joint celebration with his birthday brother's big 1-8 and his lovely mother's day of recognition.
May 11th was filled with school and work and studying...but we were also able to find time to fill ourselves with all you can eat sushi. It was so delicious, but it ended up making us like a kid on their first birthday when you put the cake in front of them and start super fast and then come to a slower and slower end until they eventually can't put another piece in the mouth...literally. But awesome.
We came home to some presents some friends and some desserts. Good company, all the hints he dropped on gifts fulfilled and scootcheroos shaped into his age...I'd say it was ok--who ever knows what Spence is thinking though!
